After working for over 11 years on Newbury Street, Laurie felt it was time to create a new path by opening her own salon with friend and co-worker Cristina Viselli. With a B.A. in Fine Arts and Psychology, Laurie has a unique way of approaching every client’s request.
A Wella Certified colorist, Laurie’s skills in creating natural looking hair color have gained her the recognition of Allure Magazine who awarded her “best color makeover” in 2010. Laurie has a particular fondness for cutting men’s hair but with her extensive training at Vidal Sassoon, she has the ability to make every hair texture look its best. Laurie also specializes in hair extensions using SoCap, Hair Stiletto and Hot Heads brand extensions. Laurie believes in the importance of education for keeping a fresh perspective in her craft and can be found both educating junior stylists and continuing her own education.
