Payment for Services and Products
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment for products and services. We do not accept personal checks as payment for services or products.
Gratuities
Gratuities for your stylist can be given directly to your stylist following your appointment, or a Salon Coordinator at the front desk can assist you by providing you with a gratuity envelope. Gratuities can be in cash or a personal check made out directly to your stylist or added to a credit card transaction.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used towards services and products only. They are not valid towards gratuity. We are unable to accept returns on gift cards. Viselli Santoro Salon is not responsible for any gift card that may be lost or stolen.
Children in the Salon
Viselli Santoro Salon is a family friendly salon, and we have stylists that offer children’s cuts. However, if you are bringing a child with you, please make sure that there is another adult present to supervise them if you are also receiving services. We ask that all children have adult supervision as a safety precaution, as there are many sharp and/or hot tools in use in the salon, as well as chemicals that pose a safety risk to children who are not under adult supervision. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call our front desk at 857.350.4856 and a Salon Coordinator will be happy to assist you.
Languages
Some members of our staff are bilingual and speak Spanish, Portuguese or Greek in addition to English. Please ask a member of our front desk staff if you need assistance in a language other than English.
